A candelight cocktail for two

With this delicious cocktail in the colours of St Valentine:

The planter: rum-sparkling wine.

That little extra, decorate the rim of your cocktail glass with the colour of St Valentine.  Dip the edge of the glass in a mixture of sugar and syrup of grenadine and then in grated coconut.

For one glass:

3 teaspoons of white rum

5 teaspoons of orange juice

2 teaspoons of grenadine

 

Mix carefully and then fill up the glass with Cremant de Bordeaux Brut (Bordeaux white sparkling wine – Cave Sauveterre).  A true delight for both the eye and the palate.
