- To take the greatest care in the service which we offer you, which obliges us to offer a visit to the place of vinification (where the wine is made) and/or a wine property including a wine-tasting, served in the appropriate Bordeaux glasses, of at least one mature wine served at the correct temperature.
- Not to associate this wine-tasting visit with any sort of obligation of purchase.
- To honour the commitment which we have made and to clearly mark our terms (days and hours of opening, contents and tariffs).
- To pay attention to the cleanliness and comfort of our establishment.
- To inform you of the tourist possibilities in the area and to have written information concerning tourism and the wines of Gironde at your disposal.
- A wine-tasting visit can be charged for or can be offered free of charge, we are committed to wine-tasting being gratis.
- A sign at the entrance of our shop informs you that we are members of Vignobles et chais en Bordelais.
