This sparkling white wine is produced from the grape variety sémillon, according to very strict regulations. The harvest is conducted by hand and the grapes transported directly to the press. This sparkling wine has a light effervescence and a yellow appearance with green lights. The nose is both subtle and discrete, the mouth pleasant and quite round, very sparkling and slightly sweet. Winemaking : The basic wine is produced using the same techniques as a dry white wine, with an alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle respecting traditional methods. Food combinations : a wine to liven the palate both as an aperitif and with a dessert. |
