OUR VINE-PLANTS.
| We, wine growers - Vineyard soil and Sauveterre de Guyenne |
The Bordeaux red wine of the cooperative is created from the vine-plants; Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. The bouquet of the wine is derived from the flavours and aromas of each. The role of the oenologist is to find the ideal balance between the different vines and to obtain the final ideal wine.
The Bordeaux white wines from the cooperative are mainly made from the vine-plants; Sauvignon, Muscadelle and Sémillon. There are some plots of land planted with Colombard, Muscadet and White Merlot.
For the great pleasure of lovers of very fruity, acidulous wines our oenologist also produces a 100% Sauvignon wine.
