L’Entre-Deux-Mers, a region, a soil.
| We, wine growers - Vineyard soil and Sauveterre de Guyenne |

The Entre-Deux-Mers countryside is softened by its gentle limestone valleys, where the visitor can discover knolls crowned with woods of pines or oaks and slopes cultivated with vines and pastures, contributing to the bio-diversity of the territory. The uninterrupted views of this open countryside impress the sentiments with a feeling of tranquillity and freedom. This affective aspect of the aesthetic and cultural character of the countryside and heritage is integrated in the enhancement of the territory through its white and red wines.
The preferred vine-plants - the Sauvignon, the Muscadelle and the Sémillon for the white wines and the Merlot, the Cabernets Sauvignon and Francs for the red wines manifest noble products of Bordeaux wines, whose quality is recognised worldwide. These varieties of vines are perfectly suitable for the territory's clay-chalky soil but equally adapted to the oceanic climate, which by its inter-annual diversities dictates the different vintages.
